Join our team as a Spanish Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant and work closely with doctors and medical specialists in the U.S. to provide excellent patient care and customer service. No prior medical experience is required – just fluency in Spanish, a bachelor’s degree, and a strong willingness to learn medical terminology.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Spanish (written & spoken)
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong interest in learning medical terminology
• Preferred: 1+ year of experience in U.S. medical insurance (Eligibility, Pre-authorization, Referrals, Claims)
• Also welcome: Experience in BPO/VA bilingual roles for a least a year

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and apply medical terminology in Spanish
• Work with medical professionals to ensure accurate communication
• Assist in translating medical documents and materials
• Help create a bilingual healthcare environment
