Collections Associate

Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling delinquent accounts and performing regular collection follow-ups
- Preparing and sending collection notices and demand letters
- Negotiating and arranging payment plans with members
- Monitoring loan accounts and preparing collection reports
- Coordinating with HR or partner companies regarding separated employees with outstanding loan balances
- Proper documentation of all collection actions and communications
Other Assignments:
- Manages and addresses all Collection Agency concerns endorsed by the Collections Admin and Collection Agencies.
- Preparation of reports as needed by Management.
- Other functions may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four-year course (preferably Business, Management, or Commerce)
- Knowledgeable in MS applications (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- With at least 1–2 years of experience in a related function or in collections.
