Job Summary
The Plant Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance operations, ensuring all machinery, equipment, and systems operate efficiently and safely. This role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring minimal downtime to support uninterrupted production.
Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related course
- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance supervision or industrial operations
- Strong knowledge of machinery, mechanical and electrical systems, and preventive maintenance
- Leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and safety standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
