HR Supervisor

About the role

Join RI Chemical Corporation' as an HR Supervisor based in Jasaan Misamis Oriental. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR operations and contributing to the strategic HR initiatives within the organisation. You will play a key part in ensuring the effectiveness of the HR function and supporting the overall business objectives.

1. Manage the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR policy administration
2. Provide HR guidance and support to managers and employees, promoting a positive work environment
3. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's growth
4. Oversee the maintenance of HR records and ensure compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities
6. Contribute to the design and delivery of HR training and development initiatives
7. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance the employee experience

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
2. 5+ years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
3. Proven track record in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
5. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and implement HR solutions
6. Familiarity with relevant labour laws and HR best practices
7. Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis
