About the role
GDV Business Services Co. is seeking Wave 1 Customer Service Representatives for a blended non-voice customer service position based in Bridgetowne, . This is a full-time role that combines multiple communication channels to deliver exceptional customer support.As a CSR, you will be the frontline of our customer service operations, handling inquiries and resolving issues through various platforms whilst maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and efficiency. This position offers competitive compensation of up to ₱27,000 per month and is fundamental to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries across multiple communication channels including email, chat, and social media
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional responses to customer questions and concerns
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the company system
- Process customer requests, orders, and transactions with precision and attention to detail
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters when necessary
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and solution-focused attitude when engaging with customers
- Meet and exceed established performance targets for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or contact centre environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Filipino
- Strong typing skills and proficiency with computers and customer service software
- Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Outstanding problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence when dealing with diverse customers
- Reliability and punctuality with a professional work ethic
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Flexibility to adapt to shift work schedules as required by operational needs
- Prior experience with non-voice channels such as email, chat, or social media support is preferred
