About the role
We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering outstanding customer support and maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.As a CSR, you will be the voice and face of our clients, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through professional, efficient and empathetic communication across multiple channels.
What you'll be doing- Handling incoming calls, emails and chat enquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer issues and concerns promptly whilst maintaining a positive tone and attitude
- Providing accurate information about products and services to customers
- Processing customer requests, transactions and complaints efficiently
- Following company policies, procedures and quality standards consistently
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction
- Identifying opportunities to escalate or transfer complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors
- Meeting performance targets including call handling time, quality metrics and customer satisfaction scores
