CSR Seller Support (Blended Account) – Bridgetowne Site
We are currently hiring for a CSR Seller Support (Blended Account) position for our Bridgetowne site.
Job Details- Account: Seller Support/Blended Account
- Work Setup: Blended Support
- Voice/Non-Voice Ratio: 90% Non-Voice | 10% Voice
- Salary Offer: ₱22,000 – ₱25,500 per month
- Location: Bridgetowne
- Provide timely and accurate support to sellers through chat, email, and occasional phone calls.
- Handle seller inquiries related to accounts, orders, products, and platform policies.
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive seller experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and case updates.
- Meet productivity, quality, and service level targets.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet any of the following requirements:
- College Graduate or Associate Graduate with at least 3 months of BPO experience, OR
- College Graduate or Associate Graduate with at least 3 months of non-BPO customer-facing experience such as retail, hospitality, sales, customer service, or similar roles.
