Transactions type: 100% voiceLocation & work schedule: One E-Com, MOA Complex, Pasay (Onsite) | Night shift (fixed weekends off)
Type: Full-time (Temporary) for 2-3 months with possibility on getting absorbed
Pay: 18k Php or more !!! ( ₱18k basic + 15% performance-based incentives monthly + 15% Night Differential pay + up to 15k Php Achievement Bonus*)
Target start date: Aug 2026 onwards
Scope of work:
- the role centers on guiding employees or plan participants in understanding their benefits and making informed decisions about their coverage. It involves responding to inquiries via phone or online channels, processing benefit-related transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in the case management system. The role also includes following up on requests, escalating complex issues when needed, ensuring compliance with company policies and call center standards, and assisting employees with completing benefits forms and related requirements.
Qualifications: preferably with 6 months BPO CSR exp.
Strong English comms & critical thinking skillsSenior High grad / 2nd year college (old curriculum)
Complete pre-employment documents (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, TIN, NBI, COE, etc.)
