Recruitment Specialist

PC Express is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team in San Juan City. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent alongside our existing recruitment team to support the growth and success of our organization.
This full-time position is also responsible for networking with local government units and provincial manpower agencies to increase candidate pool.
What we're looking for- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any related courses.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience. Experience in different job hiring platforms, local agencies, and job fairs are an advantage.
- With good written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work on-site in San Juan City from Monday to Saturday with compressed schedule.
