Recruitment Specialist

JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about finding the best talents to help drive our company’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and endorse qualified candidates for various roles
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs
- Post job ads and manage recruitment campaigns across multiple platforms
- Conduct interviews and assessments
- Ensure proper documentation and confidentiality of all recruitment files
- Track and report recruitment metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
- With at least 1 to 2 years work experience and/or above 3 years with specialist experience in recruitment, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of various online job platforms (JobStreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail
- Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Adept at using ATS and other HR tools is a plus
