Responsibilities:
- Actively searches for new sites and other retail space opportunities viable as retail stores at the locations geographically strategic to the business.
- Reviews and negotiates monetary and non-monetary terms and conditions with reference to the standards and as agreed with Lessor and negotiates monetary and non-monetary terms and conditions with Lessor for the items identified as amendment, addendum to the existing contract and agreement.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree.
- Must have at least two (2) years relevant work experience in store expansion, site development, and business development.
