Role Overview

The Sales & Marketing Officer will drive sales and brand growth of the company's elevator products and services across Cebu and nearby Visayas regions. The role focuses on building relationships with developers, contractors, and architects while managing the full sales cycle and supporting digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies targeting real estate developers, architects, contractors, and property managers in Cebu and the Visayas region.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow elevator product and service sales.
• Conduct site visits, deliver customized presentations, and submit tailored proposals.
• Negotiate and close contracts from lead generation through to deal closing.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders in the Cebu market.
• Provide expert advice on elevator products and services, addressing technical queries and concerns.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution and proper client handover.

• Submit and update the Sales Pipeline on a weekly basis.
• Prepare regular management reports on sales forecasts, market updates, and new opportunities.
• Submit Monthly Workload report every 3rd week of the month.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent
• 1–2 years of sales experience in construction, real estate, or building solutions — fresh graduates welcome
• Strong verbal and written communication and negotiation skill.
• Cebu-based or willing to relocate to Cebu — required
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in the field
