Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sales and Collection Facilitation
- Assist industrial specialist in delivery of sales by coordinating order from encoding to approval.
- Assist industrial specialist in collection by coordinating with CNC and customer.
- Oversee that documents needed for payment processing of customer is provided (Statement of Account, Account Status Report ,Sales Invoice)
- Document Review
- To review documents prior submission to head office such as Cash advance Liquidation, New Account Enrollment, Special Requests, Etc.
- Customer Service Support
- To coordinate with concerned departments completion of requests such as equipment request, repair concern, etc. as advised by Industrial Specialist/ Territory Manager.
