Sales Audit Staff

• Must maintain the ability to work under pressure due to vast number of invoices to be encoded on a daily basis
• Maintains personal log of all received booklets with date and time of actual receipt
• Ensures completeness of receipts per booklet according to its prenumber
• Has meticulous eye on notations pertaining to Mode of Payment, Cancellation, etc since all booklets received per store will be tied up to Certified Monthly Sales Report of store
• All monitoring reports are encoded thru excel. Sales Audit Assistant is expected to have accurate yet quick encoding skills (Alphanumeric typing test may be suggested)
• Must finish the daily tasks such as:
• Encodes all sales invoices in Sal-Es on a daily basis including Sales Discounts
• Quotas are designed and implemented only when there are delays, nonetheless, all sales must be updated
• Must be able to finish encoding with absolute accuracy on encoding of SKUs (Stock Keeping Unit). Once incorrect SKU is encoded, it will reflect on the variance report of Inventory Accounting and affects the Variance Report
• Working in Sales Audit Department involves being a team player. If in any case, there is a chance we can help others to meet highly urgent Departmental deadlines, it is highly suggested to extend assistance

Requirements:

• Graduate financial management or accounting information system, FRESH GRADUATES are welcome to apply.
• Sales Audit Assistant must be able to encode sales with precision
• Candidate must have assertiveness and ability to provide deliverables on a timely basis.
• With proper discipline, manners/ethics needed in an office work condition
• Detail oriented and can work with minimal supervision
