Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Membership Administration Assistant to join our team. You will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our members while supporting the Membership Manager and team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and build strong relationships with members and guests.

Assist in handling membership applications, renewals, and queries.

Support membership sales calls and tournaments, ensuring smooth operations.

Prepare and manage membership-related documentation and reports.

Coordinate logistics for club events, meetings, and tournaments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, ideally in an upscale hospitality setting.
  • Strong communication skills (basic English proficiency).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Skills Required:
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks and customer service.
  • Knowledgeable in sales and marketing principles.
