About the role

We are seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to join the dynamic team at Chunnel and Channel Realty Marketing and Development Corp.' in Santo Tomas City, Batangas. In this hands-on role, you will provide vital support to our real estate marketing efforts, assisting with the promotion and sale of our diverse property portfolio.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media content
Coordinate and participate in property viewings, open houses, and other marketing events
Maintain and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system with client information and sales activities
Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and preparing reports
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective strategies to promote our properties
Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a real estate marketing or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
A keen eye for detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
Familiarity with the local real estate market and industry regulations in the Santo Tomas City, Batangas area
