Business Development Supervisor (LOGISTICS/FREIGHT FORWARDING) - Quezon City

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Administration, Marketing, Logistics / Freight Forwarding or any related field.
• With a proven 3-5 years of leadership experience in a business development, sales, or a similar role.
• With minimum of 2 years experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistic Sales.
• Strong communication, team management, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Can work under pressure and willing to work onsite at Malate, Manila.

• Oversee the activities and performance of the Business Development Team / Freight forwarding industry.
• Set sales targets and devise strategies to achieve these goals.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
