- Implement and monitor quality assurance procedures in compliance with construction standards and project requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and internal audits to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with approved plans and specifications.
- Identify non-conformances and assist in corrective/preventive actions.
- Maintain QA/QC records including inspection and test plans, checklists, and material approvals.
- Control issuance, tracking, and archiving of all project-related documents such as drawings, RFIs, submittals, permits, and reports.
- Ensure that document control processes are followed by all stakeholders, including subcontractors and consultants.
- Regularly update document logs and ensure timely distribution of revisions to concerned parties.
- Assist project managers and engineers in ensuring timely approvals and documentation flow.
- Prepare documentation for compliance audits and project close-out.
