Document Controller/Accounting Assistant

The Document Controller/Accounting Assistant must ensure systematic management, tracking, and archiving of all project documents in compliance with documentation standards. Moreover, the position also requires prior experience in preparing progress billings for the project, filing taxes, and preparing payrolls. The specific duties for the position are as follows:

  1. Prepare progress billing every two (2) months;
  2. Draft and format letters, memos, and official correspondence;
  3. Implement and maintain document control systems (electronic and paper-based);
  4. Assign document numbers and maintain logs;
  5. Control distribution of incoming and outgoing documents between JV firms, sub contractors, and stakeholders;
  6. Ensure all documentation is properly filed, accessible, and backed up;
  7. Track deadlines for deliverables and approvals; and
  8. Support audit and compliance reviews
