About the role
As a Key Account Manager at KIMSTORE ENTERPRISE CORP.', you will be responsible for cultivating and managing key client relationships to drive business growth. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will serve as the strategic partner to our most influential customers, ensuring their needs are met and their experiences exceed expectations.
What you'll be doing- Develop and implement account strategies to grow and retain key client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, proactively addressing their needs and concerns
- Set Meeting and Visit Clients face to face.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions that meet client objectives
- Identify new opportunities to expand existing client relationships and acquire new business
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account performance
- Provide regular reports on account health and progress towards growth targets
- Partner with the sales team to support the onboarding of new clients
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in an account management or key client relationship role
- Strong understanding of sales processes and best practices in account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and forge long-term partnerships
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalising on growth opportunities within existing accounts
- Ability to think strategically and recommend solutions that align with client objectives
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to measure and improve account performance
- Familiarity with the sales and account management landscape in the Sales industry, particularly in Account & Relationship Management
