IT Sales Account Manager (Software PH Territory Sales Required)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This role focuses on managing and nurturing existing client accounts while identifying new opportunities, upselling and cross-selling IT solutions. You will be responsible for building long-term relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving growth through sales initiatives within key accounts.

  • Identify, engage, and close deals with enterprise clients in the Philippines.
  • Demonstrate a history of sourcing and closing high-value software license deals.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline within three (3) months
  • Meet or exceed sales and quarterly revenue targets for assigned accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and building long-term relationships.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through up-sell and cross-sells by understanding their IT needs and offering relevant solutions while generating new leads and deliver new logos and increase revenue.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT solutions, products, and services to propose effective recommendations to clients.
  • Continuously follow up with clients post-sale to ensure their continued satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with the customer support and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation and smooth operations for clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to align sales efforts
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to position the company effectively in the marketplace.
