Job Description:

• A Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the company’s most important clients its key accounts. The KAM serves as the main point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met, providing tailored solutions, and driving long-term business growth. They work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
• Build and strengthen long-term partnerships with key clients.
• Assess client requirements and offer tailored solutions to meet their goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates on results and progress.

• Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field and Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer relations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strategic thinking and ability to analyze client needs
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
• Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities
