HR GENERALIST (Labor Relations Focus)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist with a strong background in Employee Discipline and Labor Relations to join our dynamic HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases in accordance with company policies and labor laws
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on labor and HR matters
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and other general HR functions
• Draft and implement HR policies and procedures, particularly related to labor relations
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records
• Conduct training and awareness sessions on workplace policies and compliance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in all facets of HR, with a strong focus on labor relations and employee discipline
• In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
• Detail-oriented, professional, and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion
