ABOUR THE ROLE
Sales Support
  • Manage and maintain the sales queue in ConnectWise, including allocating sales tickets to appropriate staff.
  • Prepare customer quotes by cross-checking client requirements and maintaining quote templates in ConnectWise Sell.
  • Ensure all quotes are linked to Opportunities in ConnectWise and processed accurately for billing.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding or expired quotes and assist with inquiries within Sales SLAs.
  • Handle client purchases and renewals for software licenses, hardware warranties, and company products.
  • Coordinate the handoff of approved sales quotes to the appropriate department for implementation.
  • Compile and maintain spreadsheets to support quoting processes, including hardware like laptops.
Billing Support
  • Review customer invoice issues and draft responses for CFO or Sales Manager approval.
  • Process supplier purchase orders and confirm service/product details through ConnectWise.
  • Audit and update asset configurations and expiry dates in ConnectWise to support renewals.
  • Maintain and update shared customer spreadsheets (e.g., Asset Register and Licenses) monthly to support accurate invoice reviews.
ABOUT YOU
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Sales Admin, Billing Support, or relevant position
  • Experience with ConnectWise required
  • Preferably with IT Industry experience
  • Confident customer support skills via phone and email
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Willing to work in EASTWOOD - DAY
