The Qualifications We Seek
Education & Experience- CPA qualified
- Typically 6-7 years experience in an audit environment
- Demonstrated experience in controlling & completing assignments
- Supervisory experience

Your Daily Tasks
Technical (50%)- Run and control assigned audit engagements
- Ensure successful completion of audits using technical skills
- Perform core audit activities: analytics, work papers, financial statement prep, documentation, system evaluation, confirmations, reviews, and compilation
- Maintain quality and timely completion of audit files
- Schedule meetings and resolve workflow disruptions
- Support staff by addressing queries and guiding audit tasks
- Complete timesheets and budget engagement tasks
- Monitor time usage and escalate budget issues
- Update priorities and help improve processes
- Attend training and self-study to strengthen technical and soft skills
- Stay updated on software and audit practices
- Participate in team meetings and share learnings
- Delegate and assign tasks
- Lead team meetings and review assignments
- Address staff issues, review performance, and support recruitment
- Mentor and coach team members
- Provide on-the-job training
- Conduct need analysis and facilitate trainings
