Events Sales Executive
Job Description:
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager for our events, awards and expo team based in Makati to play a key role in delivering Philippines' most prestigous real esate industry programs
You’ll manage relationships with property developers from first invitation through to the celebration of winners — guiding participants through the awards process, presenting thevalue of participation, and selling winner marketing packages that help developers gain maximum recognition and exposure.
Beyond the awards, you’ll play a central role in selling exhibitor and sponsorship opportunities for major property expos in Manila and Cebu, and the Dot Property Connect networking forums — ensuring these events are commercially successful through strong partnerships and creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Invite and onboard property developers to participate in The Philippines Real Estate Awards by Dot Property and Lamudi.
- Coordinate entries and guide developers through the nomination and submission process.
- Sell marketing and winner packages to award recipients to maximise post-event visibility.
- Sell exhibitor and sponsorship packages for Lamudi & Dot Property property expos and other major events.
- Secure event sponsorships and partnerships from developers and related industry partners.
- Identify and develop new event opportunities within the Philippine real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and marketing teams.
- Collaborate closely with Lamudi and Dot Property’s events, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, ideally in real estate, media, advertising, or events.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Filipino.
- Proven ability to engage confidently with senior-level clients and marketing teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, opportunity-focused, and creative.
- Passionate about real estate, sales, and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
