Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of low-revenue accounts (under $5,000).
- Conduct regular outreach via calls, emails, or Zoom to maintain customer relationships.
- Assist with order placement for ebooks and hard copies.
- Vet and route new customer inquiries to the right Sales Executives.
- Maintain accurate records and opportunities in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Support invoicing, billing, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive year-over-year growth.
- At least 2 years of Inside Sales or Account Management experience (B2B preferred).
- Experience in a corporate or international sales environment is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- English proficiency required
