HR SPECIALIST - BUSINESS PARTNER

Location: Cagayan de Oro City

Job Description:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and onboarding materials.
  • Handle the documentation process for new hires, including verifying credentials, preparing onboarding packets, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness events.

Job Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment, training and administration. Open to fresh graduates.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Willing to be assigned in CDO Borja or Gusa

Salary Range: 15,000-16,000
