HR SPECIALIST - BUSINESS PARTNER
Location: Cagayan de Oro City
Job Description:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
- Handle the documentation process for new hires, including verifying credentials, preparing onboarding packets, and conducting orientation sessions.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness events.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment, training and administration. Open to fresh graduates.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Willing to be assigned in CDO Borja or Gusa
Salary Range: 15,000-16,000
