Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support employee relations and address inquiries regarding HR policies.
  • Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS systems.
  • Coordinate company events, engagement activities, and wellness programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS experience is a plus).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
