Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and leave programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support employee relations and address inquiries regarding HR policies.
- Assist in performance management and training initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HRIS systems.
- Coordinate company events, engagement activities, and wellness programs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS experience is a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
