The role
A hybrid hunting role across two motions:
- Grow an existing book - own a portfolio of ~300 Australian business accounts: proactive contact, renewals, expansions, and uncovering new opportunity within them
- Win new business - work warmed leads (email responders, campaign click-throughs) plus your own outbound to bring on new customers
- Qualify properly and manage everything in Salesforce — compelling event, decision-maker, timeframe
- Larger opportunities you uncover are handed to a senior closer — and still count 50% toward your target, so big finds pay you
- Service issues get logged and routed to support — your time stays on selling
- Telco sales experience - essential. Australian telco strongly preferred; you understand NBN, business fibre, hosted voice and mobile solutions
- 3+ years B2B sales / business development with a genuine hunter mentality
- Comfortable on the phone - you call first, email second
- Disciplined CRM habits and accurate forecasting
- Strong written English - clear and concise
- Coachable, target-driven, and you operate straight - we have a strict no-politics culture and we protect it
- Reports directly to Goodtel's Sydney-based Sales Manager (a company director), with day-to-day coordination through our Manila Country Manager
- Structured ramp with clear monthly targets - you'll always know what success looks like
- Weekly 1:1 pipeline reviews and Monday team alignment
- ₱55K base +8550 (monthly allowance)= PHP63,550 + monthly performance fee with an uncapped accelerator above target
- Additional monthly allowances on top of base
- Contribution toward private health cover of your choice
