Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive, confident, and results-driven Junior Business Development & Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships within the Australian market. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient, "plug-and-play" sales professional who can confidently manage the full sales cycle with minimal supervision while remaining eager to learn and willing to undergo training to further develop their skills.

This role requires experience working with Australian, UK, and US clients, a strong background in B2B sales, and the flexibility to work Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and generate new B2B sales opportunities within the Australian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable professional service solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, discovery meetings, proposal coordination, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records using CRM software.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management.
  • Represent the company professionally while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably selling Australian professional services.
  • Experience working with clients in the Australian, UK, and US markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage the sales cycle with minimal supervision ("plug-and-play" capability).
  • Confident communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to undergo training and continuously develop sales and product knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Willing and able to work Australian business hours.

  • Experience selling professional, consulting, financial, accounting, recruitment, legal, or other business services.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills through outbound sales activities.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex service offerings and effectively communicate compelling value propositions.
