Business Development Manager
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to identify strategic growth opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and expand our business across the gaming and digital entertainment ecosystem.
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business initiatives, developing strategic partnerships, evaluating market opportunities, and supporting expansion initiatives both locally and internationally. This role requires strong commercial acumen, relationship management skills, and the ability to translate market opportunities into sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate has experience in gaming, iGaming, technology, fintech, digital entertainment, or platform businesses, with a proven track record of generating partnerships and delivering commercial results.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, develop, and execute business development strategies aligned with the company' s growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, integrated resorts, operators, suppliers, and commercial stakeholders.
- Identify new market opportunities, business models, and revenue streams across gaming and digital entertainment.
- Lead partnership discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract coordination with internal legal teams.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and commercial feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to launch new initiatives.
- Develop business proposals, partnership presentations, and executive reports.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory developments, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
- Manage partnership pipelines, commercial forecasts, and business development KPIs.
- Support international expansion initiatives and cross-border business opportunities.
- Bachelor' s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Commercial, or Sales roles.
- Proven experience negotiating and managing strategic partnerships.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience preparing business proposals and executive presentations.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and presentation software.
- Experience within Gaming, iGaming, Technology, FinTech, Digital Entertainment, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet industries is highly preferred.
- Experience working with gaming operators, integrated resorts, payment providers, or digital platform businesses.
- Experience supporting regional or international market expansion.
- Strong network within the gaming, entertainment, or technology industries.
- Familiarity with licensing, regulatory, and commercial partnership structures.
- Experience working in a fast-growing, high-performance organization.
