Sales Account Manager (Enterprise)

The Sales Account Manager oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers. He/She is responsible for managing accounts, ensuring clients are satisfied, and generating new sales opportunities. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for contributing to our growth in the Enterprise segment.

• Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
• Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking, and other channels.
• Responsible for conducting various sales activities such as prospecting and managing corporate accounts, developing sales leads, building client relationships, closing new business opportunities, and achieving or exceeding assigned sales quota.
• Maintain quality customer relations with existing clients while developing new accounts.
• Set sales targets and specific performance metrics aligned with business strategies.
• Communicate with clients at a senior level to resolve issues and inquiries.
• Generate innovative ideas to support customers and boost brand awareness.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Computer Science/Information Technology.
• With at least 5 years of Enterprise Account Management experience.
• With above-average desktop skills (i.e., MS Office especially MS Excel).
• With strong written and verbal communication skills.
• With very good negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities, all while maintaining a deep understanding of their industry and customer needs.
