Sales Account Manager for Philippines & Regional Schools

The Role
We’re looking for a driven, curious, and down-to-earth Sales Account Manager to support our growing presence in the Philippines school market.
This role is ideal for an aspiring sales professional who wants to build a long-term career in sales while doing work that truly matters. You’ll be working closely with schools, educators, and internal teams to help schools successfully adopt KooBits and improve student learning outcomes.
We value individuals who are dynamic, who listen well, communicate clearly, and build trust over time. The role may involve local and regional travel, so you should be comfortable engaging with schools across different locations.
What You’ll Be Doing- Build and manage strong relationships with a portfolio of school accounts in the Philippines.
- Understand school needs and recommend solutions that create real educational impact.
- Present KooBits’ products clearly and confidently via meetings, calls, and email.
- Respond promptly to enquiries, trial requests, and sales leads from schools.
- Guide schools through trials, onboarding, and long-term adoption.
- Work closely with teammates to deliver product training and ongoing support.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and generate new school leads.
- Gather feedback from educators and schools to help improve products and sales strategies.
- Stay updated on education and EdTech trends in the Philippines.
- Represent KooBits at education events and community engagements.

Currently staying in Manila and is open to travel as part of the role.- Minimum 2-3 years of related work experience and residing in Manila city.
- Experience in selling to schools, education institutions, or B2B clients.
- Experience in account management, customer success, or sales roles would also be considered.
- Having a previous background in education or experience working with teachers or children would be advantageous.
