About the role
As an Advertising Sales Account Manager at HDI Adventures Inc.', you will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships, as well as proactively pitching new business opportunities. This is a full-time role based in Quezon City Metro Manila.You will play a crucial part in driving the company's sales and revenue objectives by developing tailored advertising solutions that meet the unique needs of our diverse client base.
What you'll be doing- Maintain and develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key advertising clients
- Analyse client needs and requirements to pitch effective, targeted advertising campaigns
- Negotiate and secure new advertising contracts, whilst renewing and expanding existing ones
- Monitor campaign performance and work closely with clients to optimise results
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch innovative advertising solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and creative teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in an account management or sales role, preferably in the advertising or media industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong, trusting client relationships
- In-depth understanding of the advertising landscape, including the latest trends and best practices
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate client needs into effective advertising solutions
- Highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
