We are seeking a highly accomplished General Manager to lead our auto dealership to sustained growth and operational excellence. This role is designed for a proven automotive leader with a strong record of driving sales performance, achieving aggressive targets, and delivering consistent budget attainment while upholding the brand’s standards

Role Summary

The General Manager is accountable for the overall operation and full P&L performance of the dealership, with primary emphasis on hitting and exceeding vehicle sales targets, maximizing profitability, and ensuring disciplined budget execution.

You will set strategic direction, lead senior managers, and build a high-performance, customer-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and financial budgets
  • Own and optimize profitability across all departments (Sales, Service, Body & Paint, Parts)
  • Lead data-driven decision-making to balance volume growth, margins, and inventory health
  • Ensure strict alignment with Toyota Motor Philippines (TMP) standards, programs, and reporting
  • Drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction (CSI) across the entire dealership
  • Build, coach, and hold accountable a high-performing executive and management team
  • Establish a culture of performance, discipline, and continuous improvement
  • Safeguard company assets through strong inventory management and financial controls
  • Represent the dealership at a senior level within the local market and community
Profile
  • Demonstrated success as a General Manager / Senior Automotive Executive
  • Strong, verifiable track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering budgeted financial results
  • Advanced expertise in P&L leadership, forecasting, and dealership performance management
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a competitive market
  • Exceptional leadership presence with proven ability to develop senior talent and build winning teams
  • Deep understanding of customer experience standards and brand alignment
  • High integrity, disciplined, and results-oriented

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • 8–12+ years’ experience in automotive dealership operations (Toyota Dealership experience an advantage)
  • 5+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and dealership profitability
  • Strong leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team development capabilities
