I. Job Description
l Responsible for the overall operation of the long-term offline building materials and home decoration exhibition and sales physical platform, connecting the online platform, offline showroom, engineering procurement transaction, coordinating the site, merchants, passenger flow, safety, cost, and fully responsible for the platform revenue and merchant retention.
II. Job Responsibilities
l Overall operation coordination: set up on-site operation system, manage merchant services, field services, security, recruitment, warehousing and all teams; Connect with property management, fire protection, and local authorities to maintain long-term business compliance.
l Merchant management: control the display of material merchants in the exhibition hall, daily operation, collect booth-related fees, mediate conflicts between merchants, improve renewal rates, and promote the recruitment of new merchants.
l Customer conversion: Develop local customers such as decoration companies, engineering general contracting, real estate procurement, regularly hold procurement docking and group purchase activities, link with online platforms for bidirectional flow, follow up on orders and after-sales disputes.
l Venue and supply chain management: Responsible for water and electricity, warehousing, loading and unloading operations in the exhibition hall, and management of local cleaning, maintenance, and logistics suppliers. Coordinate domestic goods clearance, on-site warehousing and transfer.
l Safety and risk control: Implement fire protection in the exhibition hall, construction of large building materials, inspection of chemical storage, formulate emergency plans for typhoons, law enforcement verification, personnel conflicts, and avoid the risks of labor and business compliance in the Philippines.
l Operation control: control the operation and maintenance, activities, and manpower costs, output daily passenger flow, transaction, and cash return operation data, and formulate performance improvement plans by reviewing the month.
l Team collaboration: Manage employees and conduct training and assessment; Connect with the online and supply chain teams of the domestic headquarters internally, and expand the local building materials association and real estate channels externally.
III. Qualifications
l Bachelor's degree or above, major in building materials, market, management;
l 3 years and up of overall management experience in building materials and home furnishing physical stores/exhibition platforms, local operation experience in Southeast Asia and the Philippines is preferred, short-term exhibition experience is not preferred.
l Familiar with the operation logic of all categories of building materials, basic English communication, can independently connect with local government and enterprises, suppliers; Understand site fire compliance and overseas warehousing customs clearance procedures.
l Has the ability to control costs, conduct business negotiations, and coordinate Chinese and foreign teams, is strong in resisting pressure, and is goal-oriented.
