Manage and lead Operations and Sales (AVS) across Visa Application Centers in the Philippines, including the Cebu and Manila Centers.
The role is essential in ensuring operational excellence, compliance with contractual obligations, and the delivery of customer service in accordance with company standards and client expectations.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- At least three (3) years of experience as an Operations Manager or Supervisor in the customer service and/or government sector;
- Knowledge of government services and processes;
- Demonstrated success in leading Front Office Service Teams;
- Fluent in English and French; and
- Prior work experience in the Philippines.
