Security Roles - Security Operations Manager & Security Surveyor

Role 1: Security Surveyor

Conducts security surveys, inspections, and risk assessments of client sites to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures. Prepares detailed reports, evaluates security systems, and ensures compliance with agency standards, client requirements, and applicable Philippine security regulations.

• Graduate of Criminology or related course
• Experience in security survey, inspection, or operations in a security agency
• Knowledgeable in CCTV, alarms, access control, and physical security systems
• Able to prepare clear and detailed security reports and recommendations
• Good communication and coordination skills (client-facing role)
• Willing to conduct field/site inspections and travel
• Licensed Criminologist is an advantage
• Familiar with RA 5487 and Philippine security regulations preferred

Role 2: Security Operations Manager

Responsible for managing and supervising overall security operations, guard deployment, client coordination, and implementation of security policies. Ensures effective security services, incident response, personnel discipline, and compliance with agency and client requirements.

• Graduate of Criminology, Security Management, or related course
• With supervisory or management experience in a security agency
• Strong leadership and client management skills
• Knowledgeable in security operations, investigations, and report preparation
• Familiar with CCTV, access control, and security procedures
• Licensed Criminologist is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in RA 5487 and Philippine security regulations preferred
