Operations manager

Job Description

• Lead and manage the Operations Team to ensure smooth daily business operations.
• Resolve escalated operational and client concerns to maintain excellent customer and client satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Coordinate closely with department heads and cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and operational excellence.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
• Meet and exceed performance targets and operational objectives set by the management team.

• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual language skills. Fluent and proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.
• At least 2–5 years of experience in operations management or supervisory role is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple teams and handle operational challenges effectively.
