The role
You will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and expansion across the Alabang Muntinlupa City Metro Manila area. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for identifying and securing top talent to join our dynamic team, contributing to the long-term success of our organization.
Key responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, industry events, and lead generation platforms.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients in targeted industries.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches to key decision-makers (e.g., HR heads, hiring managers, business owners) about the firm’s recruitment services.
- Establish and nurture long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new client needs and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and monthly targets.
- Work closely with the CEO and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Proactively search for and headhunt talented individuals who possess the necessary skills and qualifications to excel in our business development roles
- Proven track record in headhunting and talent acquisition, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with and persuade potential candidates
- Strong understanding of the sales and business development industry, including market trends and best practices
- Ability to work independently, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset and can handle working under pressure
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed recruitment targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
