Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance of office spaces, including plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems such as lighting, wiring, outlets
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain maintenance equipment and supplies
- Assist in facility upgrades and renovations as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Job Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a maintenance/technician, preferably with electrical repair skills
- Certification or proven knowledge in electrical systems is an advantage
- Familiarity with general maintenance tasks
- Amenable to work in Binondo, Manila
