Technical Maintenance

Job Description:

• Perform regular inspections of buildings and facilities to identify issues.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities meet safety and regulatory standards.

• Develop and follow a preventive maintenance schedule to reduce downtime and extend the life of building systems.
• Maintain and update records of maintenance schedules and work completed.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs as needed.

• Conduct basic carpentry, painting, and renovation tasks as needed to maintain property aesthetics.
• Assist with landscaping and outdoor maintenance where applicable.

• Work closely with property management and other departments to coordinate maintenance efforts.
• Report on maintenance status, highlight major repairs, and suggest upgrades when necessary.

Minimum qualifications:

• Proven experience in property or building maintenance, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for long periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Experience using maintenance management software.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in related fields is a plus.
• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
