Helper (Maintenance)
The Helper provides support to the Engineering/Maintenance team in ensuring that all facilities, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and functioning. The role assists in basic repair and maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and general handyman work to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist technicians in performing preventive maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment.
Support basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work as needed.
Perform minor repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing bulbs, tightening fixtures, and other handyman tasks.
Assist in installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical wiring, outlets, lighting, and other equipment.
Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area, tools, and equipment.
Assist in transporting tools, materials, and equipment to different work sites.
Follow safety procedures and company standards during maintenance activities.
Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the Engineering Supervisor.
Qualifications:
At least High School Graduate or Vocational Graduate (TESDA related course is an advantage).
With basic knowledge in electrical, plumbing, and general handyman work.
With at least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities support, or related work is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
Willing to be assigned to different store locations if needed.
Can work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
