Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and building systemsTroubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
Assist with facility upgrades and installations
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferredProven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment safely
Preferred Skills:
Experience with preventive maintenance programsFamiliarity with workplace safety regulations and procedures
