Job Summary
We are looking for Medical Allied graduates who are interested in starting a career in the BPO industry as Healthcare Customer Service Representatives. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to gain experience in a professional, customer-focused environment while utilizing their medical knowledge.
You will handle customer inquiries related to healthcare services, insurance, and patient support through phone calls.
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls related to healthcare accounts
- Assist customers with inquiries such as benefits, coverage, claims, and general healthcare information
- Provide clear and accurate information in a professional manner
- Document customer interactions in the system
- Follow standard processes and compliance guidelines
- Maintain quality service and meet performance targets (AHT, CSAT, etc.)
- Graduate of any Medical Allied course
- No BPO experience required (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Basic computer navigation skills
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to work onsite in Cebu
- Strong communication and listening skills
