Customer Service Representative (On-site)
We’re looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals who enjoy solving problems and delivering excellent service. If you’re passionate about helping customers and communicating effectively, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate resolutions
- Communicate clearly and professionally across different channels (email, chat, or phone)
- Troubleshoot basic issues and escalate complex concerns when needed
- Maintain a positive customer experience through effective problem-solving
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service, call center, or support roles
- Experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
