Position Overview: The Digital Recruitment Specialist is responsible for generating leads through various digital channels, including social media, job boards, and other open sources. The primary focus is on attracting job seekers for entry-level call center agent positions in the BPO industry.

This role involves ensuring that leads convert into actual applications and guiding candidates through the application process. Additionally, the Digital Recruitment Specialist will create engaging social media posts and promotional materials to attract applicants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  1. Utilize digital channels such as social media, job boards, and other open sources to identify and attract potential job seekers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads for entry-level call center agent positions.

Application Conversion:

  1. Ensure that generated leads turn into actual applications by providing guidance and support throughout the application process.
  2. Follow up with candidates to encourage continued application and engagement.

Social Media Management:

  1. Create and manage social media posts promoting job opportunities.
  2. Develop visually appealing and engaging promotional materials to attract applicants.

Candidate Engagement:

Metrics and Reporting:

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and recruitment.
