This role is crucial in ensuring that each inquiry is properly profiled, qualified, and nurtured for conversion into sales.

As part of the Marketing team, this position plays a direct role in driving revenue growth by supplying the Sales team with high-quality, sales-ready leads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all inbound inquiries from the website, social media, online campaigns, and digital ads.
  • Profile leads based on equipment interest (e.g., excavators, backhoes), industry segment (e.g., construction, mining, agriculture), and purchasing timeline.
  • Qualify leads using pre-defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline) to ensure they meet sales readiness standards.
  • Coordinate closely with the Sales team to align on lead handover process and continuously improve lead-to-sales conversion.
  • Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system with accurate tagging, notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Analyze traffic and inquiry patterns from digital channels and recommend strategies to increase lead volume and quality.
  • Launch and monitor basic lead nurturing workflows for prospects not yet ready to purchase.
  • Support the marketing team in designing campaigns that align with seasonal promotions, product launches, and market demand.
  • Provide weekly reports on lead performance, conversion metrics, and digital engagement insights.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the construction or heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead scoring/qualification techniques.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, campaign tracking, and social media platforms.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across marketing and sales departments.
  • Ability to analyze lead data to draw actionable insights.

  • Lead-to-quote and lead-to-sale conversion rates
  • Speed and accuracy of lead follow-up and handoff
