Join a results-driven team supporting a real estate investment business focused on the Chattanooga, TN area. Our client is looking for a Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to engage with property owners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the principal investor.

This is a fully remote, performance-focused role with strong growth potential.

Scope
  • Work remotely using the client’s VOIP system
  • Performance-based incentives for closed deals
  • Script training and qualifying criteria provided
  • Regular check-ins with a client success manager
Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound cold calls to homeowners from provided leads
  • Build rapport and qualify leads through clear and engaging conversations
  • Set appointments for the investor with qualified prospects
  • Accurately track call activity, lead status, and follow-ups
  • Meet performance metrics and KPIs
  • Turn cold leads into warm opportunities through consistent outreach
Requirements
  • Experience in real estate cold calling or appointment setting
  • Excellent English communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable working Eastern Time zone hours
  • Proficient with VOIP systems
  • Strong attention to detail and record-keeping
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
